Tempo Time Credits

Tempo is a charity working across Wales to recognise and value the time people give to strengthen their communities, with individuals earning credits by supporting local organisations, joining community projects, or helping improve neighbourhood spaces.

These credits can be exchanged for opportunities that boost wellbeing and connection, from cultural and learning experiences to leisure activities. By partnering with charities, community groups, and businesses, we create meaningful ways for people to give and receive. At its core, Tempo is about reciprocity—valuing everyone’s time equally and widening participation in community life.

Denbighshire County Council | Connect To Work

Connect to Work aims to support people with disabilities, mental health and complex conditions into quality, paid and sustainable employment through the supported employment model. The voluntary programme provides specialist, intensive one 2 one support for participants to better understand their strengths, employment preferences and barriers to employment.

With this information the specialist will then match these to both suitable opportunities and employers. The specialist will then support the participant throughout the recruitment stage and once successful in gaining a role, will provide bespoke support to both the participant and the employer whilst they are in work to address any challenges that may occur during the initial stages of employment.
